Who we are

Many shell contractors only do concrete. Hercon covers the concrete shell and the structural steel, so you need one less contractor. We get the structure up, square, safe, and on schedule, ready for the trades that follow.

How a Hercon shell goes up

  1. Layout

Accurate layout is one of the most essential parts of the work. Gridlines and elevations are set with state-of-the-art layout equipment and total stations.

  2. Foundations

Foundations are built once, at the start, and give the shell a true base to build from.

  3. Columns

Columns are formed and poured on the layout, carrying the structure up to the next level.

  4. Slabs and elevated decks

Slabs and elevated decks are formed, reinforced and poured. Each completed level becomes the working platform to continue vertically.

  5. Repeat vertically

Columns and elevated slabs repeat level by level until the shell is complete and ready for the trades that follow.
